Senior Grad Trips

‘Busily organized’ is how we’d like to describe how we designed the website for Senior Grad Trips. For starters, it’s packed with information on the company’s travel services, so we made sure that all the necessary info is properly sectioned, and easy to read and find amongst the pages.

At the same time, it’s geared towards travel-loving senior high students. Nothing gets people itching to travel faster than photos and videos of beautiful travel destinations, so we placed plenty of those all throughout the site. In fact, we placed large photos of the company’s most attractive destinations, including Cancun, Nassau Bahamas, Cabo San Lucas, Disneyland, and Waikiki Beach, in the home page’s beautifully animated scrolling header.

There are also several photos from previous travels, plus  video and written testimonials from our previous clients. We believe these will encourage visitors to return and sign up for the company’s services.

To help increase the company’s qualified leads, we placed an email newsletter sign-up form right below the home page’s header. This way, first-time or interested visitors can quickly sign up for free company updates, before they get a chance to change their minds.

Every page contains the Main Menu, a contact form, contact details, newsletter sign-up form, social media links, customer service chat pop-up, and footer content (contact details, social media icons,  Campus Reps section, and an About Us teaser). These help make the site easier to browse in from any page.

The entire website’s look is fun, young, fresh, and vibrant, yet still professional. We used a palette of mostly white, light blues and greens, all of which are enhanced by orange and navy blue accents.

Berean Academy

What We Designed:
We outfitted the Berean Academy website in its signature shade of green, coupled with white to convey a clean, academic feel to the entire layout. It opens with a broad image header featuring photos of school activities to highlight what the establishment offers.

Above it is the logo, a hoverable dropdown menu, and an Enroll button that takes you to the Admissions page. We built the entire site with WordPress and CalendarWiz software.

Further down the line you’ll see a brief description of the school and its accreditation. We also included minimalist line art icons that depict the Lunch Menu, Admissions, Berean Blog, School Calendar, and Athletics Calendar pages.

The next section below features a sub-menu on the Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Alumni, and Summer Reading Program courses. Clicking on each tab displays photos and details of each category without flipping you to another page.

In the footer, we indicated the school’s physical address and contact numbers. At the bottom right of the page, you’ll find the arrow that takes you to the top og the page, and a Translate button that automatically translates the website’s content into Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, and Spanish.

Since this website provides relatively plenty of content, we decided that the clean and traditional look coupled with modern and minimalist elements would convey both authority and youth for the school’s image.

EPIC Regional Meetings

What We Designed:
The EPIC Regional Meetings website focuses on business education events for 2016, such as seminars, networking get-togethers, symposia, and more. These events are exclusive to EPIC Business Essentials dealers, salespersons, sales managers, and owners.

We wanted this website to mirror the company’s dynamism. It was also meant to be a welcoming hub for interested registrants. So for starters, we used a palette of dark blue, light blue, light grey, and white to convey an atmosphere of professionalism and activity.

This design was custom-built using the Drag-and-Drop Builder for WordPress and the Event Management mobile-responsive theme.

The home page features a large animated image header that displays details and photos of this year’s events, plus links for registration. We also included intersting icons that change color with mouse hover, describing what the company is about. And underneath that are photo thumbnails of each event’s venue, with links leading to the registration page. Each thumbnail also allows visitors to Like it via a heart button.

The other pages (Topics, Vendor Registration, FAO, and Dealer Registration) are relatively minimalist in design, with simple text on a white background, and a narrow image header. Contact details and the main menu, however, are present in all pages.

Overall, we wanted this website to be simple and organized so the client can easily add more events as they arise, without compromising the design’s integrity.

Burner Combustion Systems

What We Designed:
Our design for the Burner combustion Systems website is strong and professional, yet visually dynamic to make it attractive to potential clients.

Instead of using a particular theme, we built this site using the WordPress drag-and-drop builder. We also made it mobile-friendly, featuring the responsive and highly customizable Slider Revolution 5.2.1. Thes made it easy for us to include a large animated slider in the header, plus several featured photos in the home page. It creates a more professional impression onto visitors and potential clients. At the same time, the photos convey a clearer idea of what the company offers.

Above the header is a  dropdown menu that features other pages in the website. We made sure that this menu appears on all other pages to help make navigation much easier. A right sidebar featuring the latest news also appears on other pages after the home page.

Throughout the website, a large footer also features several important links to simplify navigation. We wanted to make sure that all parts of the website are easily accessible at any time, to all visitors.

The website was designed with a grid- and list-type layout to keep its extensive contents well-organized with plenty of visual space. We used a blue, navy blue, and white palette with yellow accents to embody a highly professional look, and unify it with the company’s logo colors.

EPIC Federal

What We Designed:
This is the official website of the Independent Stationers office supplies cooperative. Since this company has several branches all over the US, what better design theme would fit it than the country it represents?

The EPIC Federal homepage starts off with a large login section for members, so they can easily stay updated with the industry news. The main menu includes contract details, about section, benefits, and the contact page. Underneath it is an animated carousel header that features brief descriptions of the cooperative’s services, benefits, and background.

Scrolling down further you’ll find the menu of products that the company provides, a brief description of the cooperative, and three animated icons that link to the company’s partners, contract and vendor information, and benefits. There are also free downloadable PFDs, numerous badges of organizations in contract with the cooperative, and finally in the footer, you’ll see their contact details, contact form, and site navigation menu.

The main menu links to the related sections in the home page, so you don’t have to flip through several pages throughout the website.

We included several visual elements that stand for USA, including photos of the White House, a map of the country dotted with the cooperative’s store locations, and the red-white-and-blue color scheme. This website was custom-built from the ground up to accommodate the cooperative’s requirements for being accessible to both visitors and registered members.
